March

So, I know it's March 28th, but here's the 9 month post about our Morgan. Please enjoy LOTS of pictures that we took this month and a few videos. Our little man is definitely on the move and we are having so much fun with him!

We took him for his 9 month check up at the first of the month, so these stats are probably a bit different now, but on March 3rd, he was 28.8 in (67%) and 22 lb, 9oz (79%).  He LOVES to eat, especially when he can feed himself.  Some favorites are blueberries, grapes, pasta and carrots.  He used to like peas, but has recently been tossing them onto the floor. :(  He still loves his bottle and is sad for a minute when he has sucked it dry, but then moves on to something else.  His newest favorite thing to watch, chase and try to touch is Oscar. You'll see a picture below of the two of them looking out our back door.  Trevor and I (among others!) were VERY worried about how these two would get along, but so far, Oscar has been very patient and nice.  We hope that continues!!

Morgan has been standing with our help for a while, but in this past month he has mastered pulling to stand, standing by himself, and crawling.  He is starting to cruise a bit around the couch and ottoman, and like his push toy. (See video.)  I see some childproofing in our future!

Thanks for continuing to follow our blog, even though I'm so far behind!  I have to take his 10 month pictures in just a few days, so I guess you'll be seeing another update soon! (Hopefully!)

This is a rare and lovely moment that I captured at work one day. Making lunch for all 3 can be challenging at times, especially now that Morgan has figured out how to crawl. On this day, they all played and shared so nicely and I was able to make lunch without interruptions!!  :)
